Village of Blue Mountain is a gated community with a large, beautiful pool with plenty of space for relaxing, free WIFI, a fitness center, community grilling area, and 6 shuffleboard courts.
Enjoy the beautiful Beaches of South Walton in this ground-level, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, a washer/dryer and relaxing patio for a cup of morning coffee! Featuring a king size bed in the Master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and the most comfortable pull out sofa sleeper in the Living Room when needed. Clean, Chic, and decorated with our guests in mind. This condo is well appointed with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, coolers, and even a Bocce ball game. This is the perfect vacation rental for fun in the sun, just pack the sunscreen and enjoy!
Blue Mountain Beach public Beach Access is a 3-minute drive or a 15 minute walk where there's free parking, showers, and restrooms. Within walking distance you can try some homemade ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery, organic delicacies at La Loba's Bakery, Health foods and organic, locally-grown produce at For the Health of It or enjoy a pint of Guiness and pizza at McTighe's Irish Pub. Other nearby restaurant favorites are Blue Mabel, Basmati's Asian Cuisine, Redfish Tacos, Local Catch, Red Bar, or the casual Hurricane Oyster Bar.
Blue Mountain Beach is located on the panhandle of Florida, 30 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach to the East. To the West, you will find Sandestin, Destin and The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in the United States. Just a mile to the West of Village of Blue Mountain, you will find a combined commercial/residential community called Gulf Place. It contains bike rentals, shops, restaurants, spa club, beach bar, wine bar, artists' colony, and an open lawn area for the kids and dogs to roam. It is a very popular gathering spot for both locals and vacationers.
Seaside is a picturesque community about 5 miles to the east of Blue Mountain Beach. The town is known for its simple yet elegant architecture, art galleries, a chapel, book store, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor amphitheater. Connecting all the beach communities along the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. If you don't have a bike there are nearby rental shops like Big Daddy's Bike Shop which is within walking distance of this condo and they will deliver to your front door!
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
Property rules state: Golf cart parking spots must be rented from the HOA in advance of arrival 850-231-6004. No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer, commercial vehicle or RV.

Who knew Santa Rosa is the perfect getway!? Our week was not long enough. Everything about the condo was exactly as explained online. The pool, beach, and communtiy in Blue Mountain Beach was great. We will consider coming here again.

It was a great stay and in close proximity to everything including the beach, restaurants, pubs, gas stations, & more. Plus had a selection of things we could borrow such as umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels. The place was extremely nice and we especially loved sitting on the porch and enjoying each morning.

The condo is well located..it is a nice walk to the beach, although if you are bringing kids or lots of stuff to the beach it might a little too far to walk..it is well-appointed and spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. We will rent again.

We are so glad we chose this condo. It met all of our needs for our vacation home and place of rest, relaxation, food and fun. It is quiet , spacious, beautiful and well equipped. It has been many years since we vacationed in the area and we were more than ready to "get away" from home and revisit places we knew before . We had a great time and were sad to leave. We can't wait to go back.

First visit to Blue Mountain Beach. Charming little town. My favorite moment was sitting on the beach under the full moon, it was magical! We rented a golf cart and had lots of laughs driving it. The pool was great. We also visited Ponce de Leon National Springs...crystal clear and so refreshing. All in all a very relaxing week and everything about our stay was perfect!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Village at BlueMountain Beach #614. Everything we needed was provided. I love the beach themed decor...so nice! The kids rented bikes for the week and that was money well spent! They made many trips to the beach and ice cream shop and to the pool. We fished at Grayton Beach State Park and my husband caught a shark! We went to HarborWalk Village in Destin, did some shopping and took a dolphin cruise. We will definitely be back!

This house is perfect for a week at the beach! The decor and furnishings in the house are great as well. We also loved the fact that beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are provided. I would definitely recommend staying here!
